I have 1 Vista user that is unable to get the updated signatures I deployed to everyone else. The status monitor in Cockpit shows:
File not found. There are probably strange characters in the signature name. Please avoid "/"s or any other illegal

I am deploying the same signatures to him as were successfully deployed to everyone else (all Windows XP users except for one Vista user who successfully got signatures).

I searched here on this error but did not find anything that seemed applicable.

I tried to post the log file here in this message but when I do that and click Submit, the message does not post.

First, make sure you are running latest version 5.5 (Cockpit.exe and Sign.exe).

If the same signature template is OK for other users, then create a new profile.

Question OK now?

How do I get 5.5? I looked in the downloads section on this board and I only see 5.0.

I downloaded 5.5 from Office-Addons website. You need to have it posted here as well in the section for downloads. I am waiting now for the user to try updating his signature again.

You are absolutely right! Embarassed

The version you download here is also v.5.5, but we have not promoted it as we are releasing version 2010 shortly. At this stage, we do not want to waste customers time with upgrading to v.5.5.

I'll promise you that version 2010 will be promoted here and your RSS feeds will be updated.

Please accept my apologies ...
