|
|
Hello Newbie here, I've emailed this request to info, but thought this forum may help me........
Help anyone know how to manually uninstall the email signature demo?
I installed the demo version and have uninstalled it using the add/remove programs function in windows XP, but it hasn't removed it fully.
Every time I login to my pc I remove the demo and email signatures in my outlook, when I log off and log back in again they re appear. Any new signature I create gives me active X errors and I have to edit my signature every time I type and email. I just want ALL traces of the software gone. Please can someone provide me with proper removal instructions. I don't want to have to format my pc!
I only installed it to test it so I could recommend it to one of my customers. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it at the moment as it's causing me such a headache!!
Thanks in anticipation of a resolution.

Uninstall is sufficient to remove the software.
Make sure that you don't execute Sign.exe during your logon.
By default Sign.exe is locally and removed during uninstall, so you must have copied Sign.exe to your NETLOGON or netshare.
OK? |
