Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Er is een gebruiker aangemaakt in het AD (Windows server 2008 R2). Nu komt deze gebruiker niet voor in de lijst met individuals.

Ik heb ook geprobeert om Run sign.exe te draaien. Echter heeft dit verder geen effect gehad. Heeft een van jullie misschien een oplossing?

Als ik nu weer een andere gebruiker aanmaak komt deze wel gewoon voor in de lijst in emai signature. Het is niet de bedoeling dat ik de gebruiker opnieuw ga toevoegen in het AD.

If you bought licenses through our Dutch reseller (i.e. DLA ICT, emailsignature.nl), please call them if you prefer Dutch support.

I'd be happy to help you here in English.

Users are visible in Diagnostics when they execute Sign.exe (with parameter to the database).
Please make sure that users execute Sign.exe during logon.
If they are still not visible in Diagnostics > Status Monitor, please debug user here.

Did the debug explain why the user is not visible in Status Monitor (after running your logon script)?

For further troubleshooting, please post the part of your logon script that includes Sign.exe.
