Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Is it possible to have no signatures for all users?

The situation is the following : we have a client with sites in different countries. We only want to use eMailSignature for 2 countries.

For the other countries we don't want anything to happen! They use and manage their own signatures, so they are out of scope.

If I select NONE in the "All Users" section, it always obliges me to select at least one signature to be used.

I'm a bit scared that if we want to deploy the signatures to our two countries (based on 2 different groups), that everyone that doesn't belong to one of those groups will receive a signature.

Can I prevent this from happening?

In this case, I suggest that you execute Sign.exe only for the two countries that need email signatures managed centrally.

OK, I'll do this by creating a GPO only for those two countries.
That should do the trick I guess

Exactly .. Great

Using 'Silent deployment' there is NO RISK when testing your GPO.
