We are running eMailsignature version 7.0.2 and currently rolling out Windows 7 & Office 2010 (from XP and Office 2003)
Our users have been reporting that their signatures have "dissapeared", in fact they are available, but you have to go to "Insert" "Signatures" to apply them - their default signatures are not being forced into their mail.
There are no errors in the user log files. Any ideas?

|

Hi Tony,
Please upgrade to latest version 7.3 and let me know if this works for you.
This only takes a few minutes from 7.0.2 to version 7.3.
If you still have issues, please post log file - and I'll have a closer look.
Thanks. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

I have recently installed Outlook 2010 and I too am not getting my signatures automatically inserted into my email messages. I can insert them manually. How can I get them to insert automatically as in Outlook 2003. I am running version 7.5 of sign.exe. _________________ Regards,

eMailSignature version 7.5 is the latest version and this version is ready for Outlook 2010.
Maybe you are running in Silent mode (Setup)?
Please forward log file for troubleshooting. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase
