Hi,
Since we have deployed eMailSignature, some Outlook email clients loose their Mail Format settings.
Every morning, users logon to AD ... run automatically sign.exe ... and their signature gets updated.
Some Outlook clients loose the ticked option "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages".
So everyday we have to tick the box again.
We are using Version 7.5.0.
Thanks.

When using Outlook 2003 and want to keep Word as Editor, please select "Allow users to select Word as editor".
eMailSignature > Signatures, Email font, Allow users to select Word as editor.
With this setting, Word as Editor is not removed after running Sign.exe. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |

Thanks.
We have a mixture of Outlook 2003 / 2007 and 2010.
Does that matter ?
Regards

| No only that you cannot remove Word as Editor in Outlook 2007 and 2010. This is by Outlok design. |
