Actions -> General Outlook Settings -> Compose Font ...
I have a client that cannot get font settings deployed to any Outlook 2007 clients. We tried several thing without any luck:
- Sign.exe v.5.3 Beta.
- Vista and XP OS.
- DA and EN Outlook language versions.
- Recreated Outlook profiles.
- Default Access settings DB and SQL settings DB.
I have one Outlook 2007 outside the domain using Access settings DB where font settings are not applied - and one Outlook 2007 on domain using SQL settings DB where font settings are applied successfully.
Anyone care to share their experience with Outlook 2007 font settings please?
Happy New Year! _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

Here's a thought........so that we can rule out any possible database errors/corruption/etc. let's convert your client with Outlook 2007 outside the domain over to SQL Express(Download SQL Express)........it works EXACTLY like SQL Server, and it's FREE!!!!
If you need help making the conversion then please don't hesitate to ask.........I will be happy to go through it with you!!!!
Once we have the database in place see if the Font is deployed, and if so you know it was the Access DB.......if not then I'm quite sure we are looking at an Outlook issue.......
BTW.......how is the user outside the domain receiving e-mail......(POP3, IMAP, RPC/HTTP(s))....That'll also be important to know!! _________________ Sincerely,

Actually, I was referring to my own test environments, where I have one not working (outside domain) and one working (on domain) ...
The client is using SQL settings DB, Active Directory and Outlook 2007.
Have you ever had issues with font settings on Outlook 2007? (I your own environment or with clients)
Thanks for sharing _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

I haven't, but that doesn't mean that they aren't there. I think that this is an issue related more to Outlook than eMailSignature.....especially since we don't know how the client is getting their signature deployed outside the domain..... _________________ Sincerely,

Hello
We are using Windows 2003/SQL 2005 and Windows XP/Vista clients with Office 2003 and Office 2007.
We don't have any problems changing the font i Emailsignature Control Center and then getting it running on the Clients.
All the Clients is in the Domain and gets Sign.exe run everytime the start up.
All the settings are standard settings.

Appreciate your input Nathan and Michael
I will not report Outlook 2007 font settings as a bug, and will continue to troubleshoot with the client.
Thanks again. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase
