Outlook 2010 - Signatures hit the wrong folder when language is not English and there is no signatures created.

  1. Install Outlook 2010
  2. Run Sign.exe
    (creates /signatures/ folder which is not correct when language is not English)
  3. Manually creating 'dummy' signature, or deleting wring folder, does not correct the folder Sign.exe deploys to. Sign.exe keeps deploying signature files to /signatures/ folder.


What remains to be tested is ... what happens with a clean install - and you create 'dummy' BEFORE running Sign.exe. Does signature files then find their way to the right folder ... I have a Danish client testing this at the moment.
