Guys has anyone ever experienced problems with the software not setting the signature to be included with each new mail. Even though i have set it in assign to group settings to use the signature for new mails only it places the software generated signature into outlook and removes the old but its not being set for new mails? This is only happening to some users????? Thanks for your help.

If the symptom only apply to a few users in the group, it sounds as if those users never used email signatures before. Thus, their Outlook profile does not have the necessary folders. If the symptom applies to all users in one group, you could be using a Nested Security Group. Could you please post user log file? That is not the case they 100% had signatures before, everything is right execept its not setting "New Messages" to Office Standard which is the signature setup. It includes the signature but doesnt default to it,

Please open your Cockpit and select NONE for reply/forward. Then save, close Outlook (and the process outlook.exe), run Sign.exe and let me know if it fixes your symptom.

Sorry but i dont get a none option in the replies drop down, just the 2 signatures i created.

I have manually entered none ill let you know if the problem persists
