Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

We don't want users using Stationary. The stationary settings are getting pushed to the users, but doesn't get set as the default.

Please let me know what your setting is here:

Cockpit -> Actions -> General Outlook Settings -> Outlook Stationery

Please unselect 'Use this stationery'.

If you want to overwrite user settings, you can deploy this empty stationery:

tried both settings for "use this stationary" check box. I gave the stationary a unique name in the Cockpit, and it appears in Outlook in the list of available stationaries. As I said before, the stationary is not being assigned.

The stationary settings from eMailSignature are working on Outlook 2007 but not on Outlook 2003.

My mistake. Stationary settings work on Outlook 2003, NOT 2007. In 2003, the stationary is getting set to "Blank" instead of the stationary that I have selected to push to the users.

Outlook Stationery deployment not working in Outlook 2007

I could not believe this, as we have received no reports Surprised

But I can confirm that Outlook Stationery deployment is not working in Outlook 2007.
