OWA and eMailSignature in Multiple Domain

We have a single Forest with multiple domains. Our Exchange is in Domain A and we have users in domain A and B. SignOWA works for users in A but not those in B.

Here is my latest try:

C:\eMailSig>signowa.exe -ssl:on -fba:off -url:"webmail.comp.com/exchange" -signature:"test" -profile:test2
Using the url: https://webmail.comp.com/exchange/
Setting signature for user: test2
Mailbox name: test2
Sending HTTP request to: https://webmail.comp.com/exchange/test2/
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

User test2 is in Domain COMP2, it works with user test1 which is in Domain COMP.

Does this product not work in a multi-domain single Forest?
