When saving the Configuration Module an error reports that ldgaOWA is missing from the database.
I believe this is related to my upgrading from an old version to 7.0.4 and that my DB needs upgrading too.
Please advise how to upgrade DB or who to send to.
Thanks. |

Thanks for the 3 files.
I've copied these to the same server that runs normal sign.exe, then run the reg file & edited values as instructed (seen on screen print attached).
Have created a user owasig that corresponds with these credentials.
Also ran the security command in Exchange 2007 that gives owasig profile the recieve as rights required.
Also checked the authentication tab for default web site as instructed.
Then ran signowa.exe -v which returned without error messages but didn't report HTTP/1.1 200 OK but did report it was correctly using the url of our Omail service.
I expected it would report successful deployment of my test user account but that hasn't worked.
Please advise how to proceed & any further details you may require.
Thanks, |

Yes that right, I've specified 2007 and forms base authentication.
More recently I recieved a 403 error from the remote server.
It does pick up the usernames/mailboxes as specified in the console but then fails.
Does this sound like an issue with the authentication method on the exchange server ?
I've tried running the signowa.exe as owasig profile and also administrator but get the same result. |

We cannot figure out what seems to be the problem based on these facts. Please write more details. It seems as if you have not set the correct rights for the user running signOWA?
Try to run signowa locally with a -1 switch (>signOWA. exe -1) and make sure you have the dll also. Then it will overrule the users list and only write the sig for you.
Most issues are related to security, faluty set up OWA and different athentication on the OWA site and the Exchange site. We cannot help setting settings up, but things need to be correct otherwise it does not work.
Thanks,
Bjarne |
