| We deployed eMailSignature about three weeks ago to 300 users. Several users are complaining that they are getting duplicate signatures if they use OWA. |

| If I add the registry key to remove the images, our company logo is not displayed in the signature. If I change the key to 0, we get duplicate signatures. |

Did you install latest service packs on Server 2003 and Exchange as advised in the post?
Test OK manually on your Exchange Server, before you try deploying using SignOWA.exe ... _________________ </Jesper> | Email Signature Health Check | Email Signature Showcase |

Yes, we have the latest service packs on Server 2003 and Exchange as advised in the post?
How do we test manually on our Exchange Server, before we try deploying using SignOWA.exe? |

|
|
There is no native way to add a picture into the signature in OWA:
And hence, below WORKAROUND is not a supported configuration here.
Download and install the S/MIME for OWA. To do so:
- Open OWA, click options, in the E-mail security field, click Download button to download and install the S/MIME.
- After the installation finishes, you will see the button change to
Re-install.
- In OWA, Options, click Edit signature button.
- Open the URL with the image that you want to use. Right click on the picture, select copy.
- Back to the window for editing signature, right click in the edit
field, select Paste.
- Then you can add addition words and click "Save and close" to keep the
modification.
- Back to Options window, make sure the option "Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages"
