Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

We have two users who access their emails from laptops using OWA.

When they send an email the signature is duplicated, i.e. it appears twice at the bottom of the email. If I log onto their account using OWA on the server, then the email signature works correctly.

Do you have any ideas about what the laptop could be doing to the signature to cause this?
