|
|
I've deployed OWA Signature but when I connect to OWA the signature is the TXT version not the HTML version. In Cockpit Diagnostics the View Last Generated Signature for this user shows both versions.
I've connected with IE 6, IE 7, IE 8 and even Safari and the only signature I get is the TXT.
What am I missing? |

I guess that you have chosen the text based version in OWA as the default format? Can you please check the settings for that and make sure that you actually have chosen the HTML format? It can atually hide quite well.
Thanks. |

I figured it out. By default OWA has a signature size limit of 4096 bytes. My signature just exceeded that limit. So the TXT sig was being used.
There is a registry setting on the back-end server to extend that size limit to max 16K.
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\MSSexchangeWEB\OWA
"SignatureMaxLength"=dword:00004120 |

I was about to write the it is in the OWA application, and you might probably have reached a limit, but seems you got to that conclusion yourself
Is everything allright now? |
