Perhaps it is possible in future releases? To read data from a db and fill out the settings db without using sign.exe shouldn´t be a problem...? Just an idea...

Can be done already. Will require all data in SQL and an Enterprise Edition.

It is possible to create signatures for users only logging on to OWA and hence not running a logon script.
