| some clients that we send emails to cannot reply to them because they say that our messages are 'phishing'. The signature we use uses a linked image. An ideas? |

Please get more info from the clients rejecting you emails. They will normally tell you why ... are they all Outlook/GroupWise/Notes/Gmail/AOL/MSN/Hotmail ... ?
Using linked images is our recommendation and no issues are reported.
My general recommendations
- Make sure that your email images are hosted on the same server hosting your web site and that your URL does not include the @ sign.
Example:
| Code: | | <img src="http://www.kka.com/image/logo.gif" alt="Keno Kozie Associates logo"> |
Check if your message body or subject text could be the reason why some clients filter your emails.
Don't allow Word as editor (Outlook 2000, XP and 2003).
Do you send on behalf of others?
For further support, please post your email signature template HTML source code. |
