Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

I have been looking on the web pages and the comments in regards to pictures not showing. It says to go to the tool bar and then click sercurity centre to allow downloads, my version on Outlook doesn’t have that!

Am I going wrong somewhere?

Or please let me know which version of Outlook you use and post the code that causes the problem (Right click in email and select view source).

I am using Outlook version 2003, the tool menu doesnt have a security centre

Please open Cockpit for eMailSignature.
In Status Monitor menu, right click on user and post Log here so I can see what your specific issue is.

You are embedding image. But below image name is not correct due to spaces in file name.

Please rename image to Dynamic_warm_up.JPG or anything without spaces in the file name.

Then Insert embedded image in your Cockpit.
