Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi

When reciving an email with a plain text signature in it displays incorrectly
but the plain text signature is place correctly when inserted into the email.
See Below Example:
New Email :
Matthew Ashton Application Support Anaylst
Morgan Cole Solicitors

When the email is recivied it displays as :
Matthew Ashton Application Support Anaylst Morgan Cole Solicitors

its displayed as one continous line with no line break is there a way around this ?

Is the Plain Text signature OK in Preview?

If not then try deleting any lines so that the signature is in one line.
Then make the line break again pressing 'Shift + Enter' or just 'Enter'.
Now Save and check again in Preview.

If OK in preview but not when received in Outlook.
Is this a generel problem from all users or only some?

Please post your Status Monitor log file for further assistance, where I can see if you use any conditional fields could be the reason.

Yes in the Preview the signature is OK.
Its all users who are effected by the looks of things

Jesper thats all the log shows there is nothing below the

Just upgraded Sign.exe and Cockpit.exe to 4.9.2 but the log for a user still ends the same.
