I would like to request a feature enhancement. Setting a priority of a group is nice, but sometimes ineffective. We have staff that are in several groups, only because they need to monitor communications to a specific group. For instance and member of the staff might be in our DC office, but might be a member of the identical groups, say All Staff <location> in another office as well. If I want to deploy signatures using those groups but didn't set either to priority, which signature would they get? Or if I set both to priority which one do they get?
I wish there was a way to set a ranking or priority so that I could assure that the correct signature would get to the user. Any way to work around this currently? Thanks. |

That situation is well known. Would it be good for you to use the "signatures for individuals", i.e. setting the sigs for specific users to ensure correct signatures for individuals?
Thanks,

| It's not a problem to push out individual sigs, just time consuming and more administrative overhead. We can work that way for the time being. Will this be resolved in a future release? |
