Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hello,

I am having an issue when replying or forwarding an email.
Although most of the times the signatures apears without any problems occasionaly the signature not showing up or just showing a "," character etc.
When i close and open the outlook problems get corrected automatically.

Any idea why this happening?

Below your signature HTML code. It seems you used Word to create the HTML? The result is lot of unnecessary stuff which could be the reason:

- mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-no-proof: yes
- <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"
- <o:p>
- <SPAN
- class=
- etc.

Test with one of the default templates in your Cockpit and then create your template using the Cockpit editor (don't copy from Word ... Cool

)

the thing is I didn;t use word.
I just coppied an existing template to a new one and modified to meet mt company's needs.

I completely erased and rewrote all the template codes in plain html. This is the code now.

Nope...
Seems that when i try to reply or forward certain emails i get this instead of a signature:

I think it has to do with the format of the original mail.
Should i try to edit the template in all 3 formats to mach the original HTML signature ?? (rich,plain) and if yes how?

When you change the HTML you use for reply/forward, you should also update the RTF and TXT formats.

Click Design Rich Text Signature and Design Text Signature buttons - below design view (not easy to find and changed in version 5 released next week ...)

I succesfully edited and added the 2 missing formats (rich,Plain).
Now it works like a Charm for all type of emails.
