Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

I'm having problems on a lot of my PCs where Sign.exe will launch, but the process just hangs. It stays in Process Manager and the amount of memory it is using fluctuates between 9 and 11mb, but it doesn't seem to be using any CPU.

I looked in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Office add-on\eMailSignature\it-aa and found a string value:

Error Reg_Sz - Number: 0 at 27/07/07 09:45:51

Is your Status Monitor OK?

Please try the following:

Open your RTF-templates in code view
Delete all (invisible characters) after your last character
Monitor memory-usage

Please let me know the result?

There was indeed a funny character in one of the RTF signatures. I have removed it and the sign.exe program seems to be running properly now. I am going to deploy it to another department tonight so I will let you know how it goes.
