Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi I'm having issues with the html/rtf autosignature. Its cooming up with all sorts of errors. It does have an image inserted into the signature also...here is the html code & the error is below....My customer is evaluting eMailSignatures in a production environment & it just not working...Pls help!!!

Hi,

First, please note that you have a filie reference to your logo file://melms04/shadow/moores_email_logo.jpg. It is not possible for anybody else that users within access to this drive to see this picture. All others will see it as a red x.

Secondly, it seems that some fields have been inserted manually. Sometimes the fields are case sensiitive, and you have Web_page and web_page in upper and lower case. This will cause problems.

Pleasde make sure that the dynamic fields are written exactly as Cockpit suggests.

I believe these simple setup misunderstandings are causing your errors.
