We use version 5.5 and embedded images.

A user creates a new email message, the logo comes up embedded as per normal. The user then minimizes the new email and works on something else. When they come back to the new email message (around 10-15 minutes) the embedded image has gone and we see a red x.

Checking source reveals correct code [file:///C:/Documents blah blah]has changed to [outbind://82/blah blah].

This is not a bug in eMailSignature, but a bug in Outlook.
Did you try and Google 'Outlook red x'? ... you are not alone ... Smile

Please follow resolution in this FAQ
