Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Need the ability to remove users from the database via the Cockpit tool for those people who have left the company, but are not disabled in AD nor deleted since their emails etc will be referred to in the future (basic data requirement, and one that I think is part of data laws).

This will enable the licence to be kept correct without having to manually edit the database.

Perhaps in order to try and stop people doing this maliciously, create a routine to remove users who haven't connected in a certain time, at the press of a button?

This has top priority to our company.
Without the ability to remove users from using licence keys we have no control over the licences we purchased and many licence keys will be wasted.

We completely understand your requests here, but historically we have been very strict regarding the license release as it can be used with fraud in mind.

However, we have heard these requests a lot of times and it represents a typical scenario for many of our customers.

We are considering a solution where the customer has to mark the accounts which don't should take up a license, but runs sign.exe because they are running the logon script where it sits. A mark could be a "NOSIGN" in custom attribute 10 or another field rarely being used. If this field contains this special mark, then no siignatures will be deployed and no licenses will be taken even though sign.exe is running.

Please let me hear your comments on this solution.
