Hope you can help with this:
I have both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2007 users the problem appears to be affecting only xp outlook 2003 which is that if the user selects the cockpit signature for replies and forwards in Outlook it reverts back to none after logging off or rebooting. The cockpit specifies no signature for replies or forwards so that the user can specify their own. Do i need to set it up for the individual user in each case from cockpit?
Many thanks |

Sign.exe deploys users Outlook settings from your Cockpit settings - regardless of the Outlook version.
So if users require a default signature, you select their signature in the Cockpit.
You set the default signature for users in the Cockpit:
Cockpit -> Actions -> Deploy Signatures
The most simple deployment is For all. Use For Groups if different groups require different signatures. Only use For Individual Users if group settings cannot be used.
Please post user log (Help -> Diagnostics), if you like me to analyze your settings. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
