Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi

We recently upgraded to Office 2010.

Our compose font is set to Arial 10, this works just fine.

When users reply to HTML emails the font becomes blue and calibiri 11.

In cockpit I checked and the "Reply font the same as compose font" is ticked, is this correct?

Also I noticed that "allow users to select word as editor" is still ticked, but as we are now on 2010 this shouldn't matter?

Yes, you´re right and you can untick the Option "Allow users to select word...." for Outlook 2010.

Sorry I did not get notified when you replied to me. How do I enable logging to send you a log? Is this from Outlook or from the server with your software on?

Found your email with the log file. Sorry about the delay.

Please upgrade to latest version.
Version 7.3 was released when Outlook 2010 was still in Beta.

Make the reply/forward font the same as compose font:

Does it work for you after upgrading to eMailSignature 7.5?
