I upgraded as per the 'upgrading eMailSignature' document on the forum.
I uninstalled the previous version (I think it was 4.2) and then installed the new one. I did copy sign.exe
When I first got the problem I noticed that the original uninstall had not removed the Office Add-on folder from c:\Program files\.
I then uninstalled again, renamed the C:\program files\office-addon folder and then reinstalled again. Still got the same problem.
Wgich log do you want me to send to you? (where is it located?) |
