Hi,

I've just created a new signature for scratch in HTML, and been previewing it, and all looks good, I've then tried to create the RTF and PlainText versions, and keep getting this error message: http://www.carrotcottage.net/external/RTF.jpg

I've tried deleting the whole RTF design and recreating it, but still get the same message any ideas why it's happening??

The RTF signature is generated automaticly from your HTML sig, and both will always cause an error if you do not map any fields. You will need to map at least 1 field in the HTML sig and the RTF sig in order for it to generate correctly.
If you do have mapped fields and get a similar error message, then please ensure there is no bits of code within the ((Field mapping)) tags.

Thanks

Open your HTML and insert your AD fields again.

Then generate your RTF and TXT again.

Good morning,

This error is as I described below, if you edit your RTF signature, please use the 'insert field' option to add some data, then it should function correctly.

Thanks
