Hi Benjamin,
This is a very rare error, but it is due to your ' in "Vienna's..." and " & Eastern Europe". Please try to delete this and you will see that it works.
Sometimes the description field also need to be filled out.
This happens rarely, but sorry that this causes you trouble now.
Better instructions will be put into the Cockpit in next revision.
Cheers,
Bjarne |

The problem is related to the RTF editor and is not fixable.
RTF format is only used when replying to inbound RTF format emails.
Learn more about the different email formats here.
WORKAROUND:
Create an Reply/forward signature without these special characters.
Is this a workable solution for you? |

Hi Bjarne,
Hi Jesper,
thanks for the info and hints! It is more of a compatibility issue, to have all formats available. I'll get by without rtf and will fix the txt.
Cheers,
Benjamin |

| Please just delete the ' and &, generate the rtf version and put them back on again. This will work for you. |
