Just edited the RTF signature to use the \line tag all over.
went into the text only signature to add some missing tab's
Went back to the RTF signature and now it has changed all the \line tags back to \par tags.

Because the \par tags indent the first line of the paragraph and \line doesn't.
And your documentation used \line
Just discovered an other defect! if i insert an ekstra \tab code it just removes it
Had to go edit the rtf signature in the settings table on the SQL server to stop it from destroying my signature.

There is built-in a feature in eMailSignature which created the RTF signatures automatically. Sometimes tags will be changed when you switch between code and design view.
If you don't want this, please edit the RTF signature in code view and save it while you are in code view. Then nothing will be changed. The RTF signature code edit is for more hard core techs, where the design view is good enough if you just need to visually edit the signature.
RTF is really only needed for replies if you receive an email in RTF format, soplease consider the amount of time spent on the RTF signature as it is rarely used anyways. _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

I did indeed use code view to edit the rtf signature.
BUT! If I discover an error in the signature I can't get back into code view to correct the error!!
When the rtf signature is selected it goes to the design view, and this makes the design view change the tags. So when I switch to code view to correct my small error the signature is all messed up again.
So the only way to correct it was to edit it in the settings table on the SQL server.
And this issue is not only a question of using \line or \par tags. The designview editor somehow messes up the disclaimer I have at the bottom of the signature.

We have changed the syntax check a bit so it is a bit more "nice" to the code. However in your case you can change the behaviour of the RTF in the head section of the rtf code of the different tags, but it requires some RTF coding skills.
We generally advise not to spend too much time on the RTF signatures as they are rarely used anyways. _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase
