Rule-based deployment
  • You deploy your email signatures based on rule statements.
    A complete statement consists of the rule expression, and the action to be taken.
  • You get extra flexibility compared with default Active Directory Groups.

System requirements
  • Table/view data source (not Active Directory)

  1. This rule deploys English signatures to the UK Office:


  2. This rule sets no signature for 'administrator' account:
