We have some clients that we need to manually deploy the signatures to.
Going into the preview of the signature and entering the username allows me to save the HTML version, but the button does not appear when previewing the Plain text version in which we also need to include in the deployment.
Please help. |

| This is currently only possible to save the HTML version. We could consider the two other versions also in the next release. |

You preview and manually save the HTML-format to some clients.
Outlook will automatically create the TXT-format when those users reply an Plain Text email.
If you are not happy with the result, edit the TXT-file in notepad. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

Save this signature in RTF and TXT format?
In the coming release, you will be able to save not only HTML, but also RTF and TXT formats and deploy manually to certain users, e.g. users having other email client than Outlook. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase
