Running CreateAndInsert.sql in Query Analyser on SQL 2000 DB, you get this error:

Line 1: Incorrect syntax near '»'.

The reason is these characters in line 1 (ï»¿). They are not visible in the .sql, but only then run throug Query Analyser:
