Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Currently when a new user logs into a PC using Outlook 2007 the default send and reply sigs are pushed out to the pc but not set as defaults. The outlook signatures new messages and reply are set to (none)

Note: The problem occurs for all existing users that switch to a new pc or a new user on new pc.

Are your settings still working for users on Outlook 2003?

If not, maybe Sign.exe cannot locate users in your group 'I2IN' anymore and uses For All settings (Actions -> Set Signatures For All).

Things you can try:

Try and delete your group 'I2IN' and re-import it?
Can you manually set a 'dummy' in Outlook 2007, and does it now work when the user runs Sign.exe?
