New database (SQL/Access)
Sign.exe 7.5.0

Delete All existing signatures before generating new ones is not working.
Existing signatures are not deleted when Sign.exe (7.5.0) is executed.

Using Sign.exe 7.3.0 fixes the issue.

Have not tested the relation to databases in details, but something indicates that upgraded databases (e.g. from v.5) does not have this issue.
