Hello!
I am testing your program for signatures.
I have three reflections.
1. Is it enough to run sign.exe once so that the signatures are copied down to the profil
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Signaturer or must it be run each time I run Outlook?
2. If I have sign.exe in \\...\netlogon will we drive only sign.exe or the entire command \\refsimba\netlogon\sign.exe Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=Refklara........ during the login?
3. If a user has a own signature I just want to add the new one but if a user doesn’t have any at all can one be select, now when I try it becomes it no at all but I can choice one?
How is the sense that it will work?
It seems to be a good program.
Regards Malin |

You can run Sign.exe once if you prefer that. And then repeat when changes are saved in your Cockpit.
No performance issues reported whatsoever, and we have customers running Sign.exe during logon for +15,000 users!

You will need to run Sign.exe and the parameter to the database for all users, as only the Cockpit administrator(s) will know where to look for their settings.

In Cockpit, Actions -> Deploy signatures you setup default and reply/forward signatures.
If a user have never setup a signature in Outlook, the profile does not include the folders to contain the signature files (they are created during first run). Thus, you cannot deploy the files.
Solution
You either create a 'dummy' email signature manually or include the 'dummy' in your configuration image.
Only run sign.exe when a valid profile exists _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
