We need to issue a warning when administrators upgrade and forget to copy the new version of Sign.exe.

E.g. A warning in status monitor.

In version 5, log file there is now a manual 'Check Version' - but you need to know where to look and it's not done automatically.

In version 5.5 a field in the status monitor has been added, which shows the version of sign.exe that has been run. There is also a manual check, which checks for versions of sign.exe users have run.
