| Good Morning. I have a user whose signature defaults from our company standard signature back to "-None-" everytime he shuts down his computer. The proper signatures are listed, but have to be reselected each morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi,
Please check your settings for available signatures 'for all' and 'for individual users' and ensure that the priority settings are correct. Either the 'for all' or the 'individual settings' should be set as the default group.
Are these settings ok? |
