Hi,
I'm evaluating your product and for the most part it seems to work, however, I'm running into the following problems:
a) Local user defined signatures are not removed (even though "DO NOT change default any signatures..." is not checked).
b) The default signature for new messages and replies isn't set to how I configured. The local defaults remain the same, however, the signatures I defined have been copied to the machine. For example, if a user has "(none)" as default signature for new messages, it stays "(none)" even though I configured it to one of the designed signatures.
All clients are running Outlook 2007.
Thanks,
Robert |

Hi Robert,
eMailSignature cannot remove user defined signatures, only overwrite the defaults. It can only change the default signature when Outlook is closed, so if you now close Outlook and open it again you should see the default signature now changed.
This will not be a problem in normal use as eMailSignature normally does its work before Outlook is open each day.
I hope this helps
Thanks
