Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hello, I have a license for 70 users but they are not showing up as deployed.
Only 5 are showing they have signatures in the cockpit, but they are not actually deployed.
I have a group membership setup but non of the members have recieved the signature
I have copied the sign. exe to our netlogon area and run the folloowing script
\\hds-kimada-dc\NETLOGON\sign.exe Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=hds_sq2_svr;Initial Catalog=emailsignature;User Id=emailsignXXX;Password=emaXXXXX;
The SQL DB tests fine.
This setup was working and I don't understand why it has stopped

Hello Philhare,

Users have to execute the sign.exe sucessfully. Otherwise you will not see them in the cockpit Status Monitor.
When no new users appear in the cockpit they perhaps have no connect to the settings database.
Try to debug your clients as described in the posting here:
