I have a user that is using OWA and is not getting his signature applied. I ran signOWA.exe -v and his username is not showing up. He doesn't show up in Cockpit - Help -> Diagnostics

When you run signOWA.exe it will read all the existing signatures generated by sign.exe and put them into the Exchange store.

  1. Use this tool to debug if a user cannot register in Diagnostics.
  2. Two typical issues are:
    1. MDAC component is corrupt or
    2. user cannot access your settings DB.
    If the debug file does not make sense, then please post here.
  3. When user is OK in Diagnostics, then run SignOWA.exe again.
