Symptom

Only appears on replies, but it does not appear when before I send it. It only appears after it has left my mailbox. The only thing I have below my signature is a line separating your email form mine. One I send it, it turns into

Could someone kindly test below reply template (from ssussex) with Word as editor?

Cause
This is due to Word modifying the email.
Workaround
Add <br> at the very end of your HTML template. |
