Distribution Groups are not showing in Campaigns. The groups missing in campaigns shows in signatures.

Same for version 5.5 and 7.3.

LDAP lookup different?

This might be due to different ways of retrieving the groups.

The same method of retrieving groups is not implemented. Please test.
