Hi All,
For some reason, a few of our users have stoped being assigned a signature. I have checked that we are ok on the license front and have tried deleting one of the users from cockpit and running sign.exe.
The user reappers but there is still no signature, when right clicking on the user within the status window and selecting "View last generated signature for this user" the window is blank.
Any thoughts why this is happening?

Please check that this group is not renamed and still exist in your AD?
And that this group is not a nested security group?

This was fixed by removing all code for the signature and recreating it and also by removing the group and re-adding it.
