You might be right ... your guess is as good as mine.
Let's try and eliminate any MDAC related issues. MDAC Windows component is used to communicate with the database and as many applications use this component, it could get corrupted.
- User X has the symptom - user Y is OK.
- Now ask user X to use user Y's PC when logging on to you network.
- Is user Y now OK?

They are all using Thin Clients and connects to the same Terminal Server.

| Please check the Outlook profile name. Is it called something like 'innställningar'. You can see the profile name when running sign.exe in debug mode. Just set the value 'ShowDebug' to 1 in registry and run sign.exe |

The Profiles are named to nothing but "Outlook"...
