Some users (non-administrator) do not get the e-signatures within Outlook.
This is despite having been added to the relevant security group which gives access to relevant e-signature.
Another set of users (again non-admin) do get the e-signatures but cannot view the jpg associated with our co. logo - instead an empty box with red X is displayed.
Administrator - level users get full signatures fully visible.
Please advise solution _________________ Iain Lennox

Are you using nested Security Groups?
Learn why you should use distribution groups.

Why does red X show up instead of my image?
Are you using embedded images?
Are you allowing Word as editor?
Are you using images in reply signatures? _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |

The group whose membership is intended to get the esignature was a Security Group (no nesting though ) - I have changed it to a Distribution Group and will re-test.
The issue with logo non-appearance has now been resolved by pointing the logo image to an image-file on our website rather than a file on an an internal shared folder. (This resolves any future issue for outside (Non-Cornerstone) recipients too).

We DO use Word as editor - are you saying this is incompatible with eSignature ?
If so we shall have to cancel our use of your software.

eMailSignature do support Word as Editor. I only try to advise you on the downsides when you rely on Microsoft Word to render your HTML and not Internet Explorer. This behavior is by Microsoft design and is beyond our control.
Most of our clients uses Word as Editor so users will get spell checking as they write. What they normally do not test, is how their email signature design renders when read by a user not having Microsoft Word installed (please learn pros and cons in below FAQ).
Makes sense ?
