Cockpit -> Tools -> Manage Datasources -> Active Directory, Use Special Active Directory LDAP string.

Exclamation Entries here cannot be deleted.

WORKAROUND
Delete row in settings DB, settings table.
You have to manually delete HKCU/Software/Office add-on/eMailSignature settings on clients.

Solution
Select NONE to delete setting on clients.
