Hi there

Every time I click on status monitor to check who is using the signature it crashes and closes the program. Any suggestions on how to stop this?

Also we are using Citrix, a couple of users have the add-on program installed in their outlook that shouldn't have done, any suggestions on how to remove from their outlook profile? I've removed office add-on from the registry on the user but this hasn't work.

Please reinstall version 5 on desktop PC - not on server.

In Actions -> General Outlook Settings, you can remove signatures - also removes user created signatures.
