Hejsa,

Jeg har et problem med at Cockpit lukker ned, når jeg forsøger at åbne Status Monitor. Der kommer ingen fejlmeddelelse eller noget.

Derudover får jeg (ved login) vist at der er en fejl på 2 brugere, men de fejl-detaljer kan jeg vel kun se igennem Status monitoren?

Det er en fejl i den version du kører. Hent venligst den nyeste (5.0.5), der er den fejl rettet.

Tusind tak for hjælpen. Hvor finder den version henne? Indtil videre er jeg kun stødt på et 5.0 download i et indlæg du lavede i marts?

Prøv at reparere settings DB - det har virket hos andre:

Cockpit -> Help -> Compact and Repair Database ...

Tak for det. Den siger at databasen allerede eksisterer.
Anyway, Bjarne har sendt mig en mail med et link til opdateringen, så det prøver jeg.

Hej Jesper og Bjarne,

Opdateringen hjalp ikke. Nu fryser Cockpit bare når jeg prøver at åbne Status monitoren...og så er det blevet mærkbart langsommere at åbne programmet.
Nogle forslag?

Den reducerede hastighed skyldes formentlig at du har Cockpit.exe kørende som proces. Afslut Cockpit.exe, så er hastigheden den samme som før.

Jeg forstår ikke den besked du modtager. Benytter du SQL settings DB?

Det hjalp lidt, men hver 2. gang fryser Cockpit, så jeg slet ikke kan komme ind i programmet.

Derudover fryser cockpit stadig når jeg prøver at åbne status monitoren (hvis jeg når så langt).

Question Benytter du SQL settings DB? (Ring på 29 20 76 09 hvis det er "sort snak")

Afhjulpet per telefon.

  1. Cockpit bruger var låst af Admin på Citrix session.
  2. Cockpit.exe procces afsluttet.
  3. Kørt Compact and Repair Database hvorefter Status monitor kan åbnes og hastighed er igen OK.
